If anyone asks how to define outstanding customer service I would ask them to see Ian. He installed and maintained the alarm in my London flat since 1995 and I have now called him to kit out my house in Ashford with an alarm system.
Great work and as for after care he goes beyond of what is expected receiving alert notifications to his phone, is contactable all hours and always has a smile on his face.
Pricing is good and will not exceed initial quotation. I don’t normally do recommendations but this one is well deserved.
I think he should branch out to do service delivery classes for tradesmen… :-)

Ian designed and installed a security alarm system in my homes in Bath and Henley.
The former was a very unusual designer house in which the installation required creative and unusual solutions as well as a lot of high level technical knowledge. Ian also installed a much simpler system in my Henley home.
